Terms of Use
These are the terms that apply when you use WTV. By playing the game you accept them.
Who these terms are with
WTV is operated by Morning Sun Games, an independent game developer based in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Morning Sun Games, and "you" means anybody using the site.
Using the game
WTV is free to play. You may play it as much as you like for your own enjoyment. You do not need an account and we do not ask you to register.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or overload the site or the servers it runs on
- Use automated systems to play the game or extract its contents
- Attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security or access feature
- Copy, redistribute or republish the game or substantial parts of it without permission
- Use the site for anything unlawful
YouTube content
WTV uses YouTube API Services to play music videos. This matters to you in a specific way, so please read this section rather than skipping it.
By using WTV, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. This is a requirement of using YouTube's services and applies to you as a viewer of the embedded videos.
Videos are not hosted, stored or served by us. Every clip plays through YouTube's own embedded player and is delivered by YouTube. The music, videos, artwork and associated rights belong to the artists, labels and rights holders concerned, and nothing on this site claims otherwise or transfers any of those rights to you or to us.
If a video will not play, it is almost always because the rights holder has restricted embedding or made it unavailable in your country. That is not something we control or can override.

Our own content
The game itself, its design, its code, its written content and the WTV name and logo belong to Morning Sun Games. You may link to the site freely and you may share your daily results wherever you like. You may not copy the game or reproduce substantial parts of its written content without permission.
Your game data
Your statistics and history are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We cannot recover them if you lose them, and we cannot transfer them between your devices. This is explained more fully in the privacy policy.
Advertising
The site carries advertising, which is what funds it. Adverts are supplied by Google AdSense and its partners. We do not choose the individual adverts shown to you and we do not endorse advertised products or services. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.
Availability
WTV is provided as it is, without guarantees. We try to keep it working and available every day, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, the puzzle may occasionally break, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
WTV links to other websites, including YouTube, Ko-fi and Facebook Messenger. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
